Ted is the founder, owner and broker of New Concept Mortgage 1998 Inc and First Call Realty Ltd. His extensive knowledge and experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry started in 1981. Since that time, Ted has been involved in real estate sales and mortgage funding.
